Academic Foundation

I hold a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a concentration in Behavioral and Community Health and a focus on Sexual Health Education. This background is critical to my coaching approach, allowing me to view complex personal and relational issues through a structured, data-driven lens of public health research and intervention.
